The Need For A More Comprehensive Legislation Database

I am tired of being so critical of the government Liberland is supposed to be place where you don’t even think about the government because it is supposed to not have any direct impact on your daily life. The other part of that equation is if you want to know the going’s on of the government everything the government does is supposed to be open, transparent and easy to access, correct?

Well what’s wrong with Liberland then? The issue I have had for months is that it is very difficult to what is or is not current law. While we can easily see in the blockchain what has been passed by referendum what about the laws and policies passed by the provisional government since its inception in 2015? That is the hardest thing for me to find. What is the role of the senate for example? How does one become a senator, how many senators are there to be, is it true that they are hereditary?

The company law that registers companies in Liberland I was able to find with ease including many others ranging from delicts to real estate and more the problem I keep seeing though is they say drafts or interim I have no idea what is or isn’t current law the GitHub or whatever is the repository for pending legislation needs to be more cohesive and comprehensive in explaining the various stages of said legislation.

And where in the world is the senate and congress laws at? I cannot find them anywhere and yet I am hearing constant discussion about them in recent days are they being drafted somewhere I cannot find them? I hope that is the case as these laws will become the foundational bedrock that sit on top of the hopefully soon revealed and ratified constitution.

I just hope I can get accurate information and be able to provide it to my readers and the Liberland community at large so we can all be better informed and guide Liberland into a new chapter where we set up of the government and it leaves us alone unless do harm to another person or we require it’s very limited assistance on some issue.
