LP: With your background in international representation and cultural promotion, what initially drew you to Liberland, and how did your role evolve from diplomatic envoy to National Director of Miss Liberland and your new position of managing the Liberland Aid Foundation with vice president Bogie Wozniak?
Thomas G:
My first thoughts about the LL-aid foundations
The establishment of a new state like Liberland and the engagement of the Liberland Aid Foundation in humanitarian projects are highly significant, especially in times of natural disasters and in war zones. Such initiatives highlight the importance of thinking and acting beyond national borders.
In a world where many people suffer under extreme conditions, support from new actors like Liberland is crucial. This assistance can bring immediate relief and foster long-term solutions aimed at rebuilding and stabilizing communities.
The idea that we are all part of one human family emphasizes that our well-being is interconnected. When a new state like Liberland takes responsibility and actively engages in humanitarian efforts, it sends a powerful message of solidarity and compassion. It encourages others to take similar steps and work together towards a better, more just world.
A business plan for a humanitarian Liberland Aid Foundation ( LLAF)
organization can include various components tailored to the organization’s specific goals and strategies. Here are some key elements and ideas from my side, that could be included in such a plan:
- Objectives and our Missions:
Clearly define the organization’s mission and specific goals, such as supporting crisis victims or promoting sustainable development.
- Monitoring and Evaluation:
Develop a system for tracking and assessing LLAF projects.
This may include setting performance indicators, regular reporting, and feedback mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of the initiatives.
Funding Strategies
- Crowdfunding:
Establish in our LLAF platform or use existing platforms to raise donations from individuals. This involves creating compelling campaigns and communicating the need for support. - Charity Events Plan and organize LLAF events suchB as charity runs, metups auctions, or gala evenings to generate donations and raise awareness about our organization.
- Marketing and Public Relations:
Develop a communication over all our Liberland press, podcast, LL-TV, strategy that targets the audience effectively and creating presentations to attract potential donors and partners.
- Partnerships and Networks
Build relationships with other humanitarian , political organizations, businesses, and government entities to share resources, knowledge, and support, thereby increasing the reach of the organization’s activities.
-Resource Management
Plan the necessary resources, including personnel, materials, and finances, to successfully implement projects.
Sustainability
Strategies to ensure the long-term financial and operational sustainability of the organization, such as membership fees, regular donations, or long-term partnerships.
Reporting and Transparency
Establish clear guidelines for reporting the use of funds and the progress of projects to build trust with donors and partners.
A well-thought-out business plan can help effectively manage the humanitarian organization and achieve the desired social impacts.

Reflections on the Focus of International Aid Work
Middle East:
As Liberland’s representative for Syria, I aim to concentrate on the Middle East. Following the coup by an Islamist terrorist regime, Christians, Jews, and Alevis are facing life-threatening conditions.
East Africa:
I propose initiatives that specifically target Somaliland/Ethiopia, the first state to recognize us.
Europe:
It is strategically important to support regions neighboring Liberland, particularly Apatin and Sombor in Serbia, as well as Osijek in Croatia. These areas are not among the most prosperous in their respective countries. We should collaborate with Caritas and the Red Cross to gather information on potential aid projects we can join, which will enhance our acceptance among the local populations in both countries.
USA:
The southern states have recently experienced numerous storms, floods, and wildfires. It is essential to monitor this situation in partnership with our political and libertarian allies.
Since I primarily reside in Czechia and have established a strong network here, I believe I can make a meaningful impact through presentations and event planning.
As part of my involvement in organizing international fashion and beauty events, I intend to create a presentation—possibly a video clip about the LLAF, which is yet to be produced. This presentation will introduce not only Liberland but also our organization, coupled with a fundraising campaign.
——
Conclusions:!
I see my main responsibilities for LLAF similarly to those of the LL-Beauty and Miss events in the PR sector:
- Presenting Liberland
- Showcasing our humanitarian aid projects in conjunction with crowdfunding
- Planning and organizing events in Czechia and Europe
- Presswork and Lobbying
I was certainly impressed by everything Thomas G has told me so far stay tuned for part 2!
