The Criminal Justice Issue

I keep digging into the scant amount of information I have access to, to see what gaps there are in the proposed drafts I have created plus the existing drafts and laws that exist currently and see that I still have more work ahead of me and I will be continuing on this project I just stumbled into.

In addition to oversights of judges not being included to the ACBA I just drafted, a conflict of interest statement and registry into the blockchain was not added, certain stakeholder disclosures have not been added and if the Liberland President is serious about agents provocateur infiltrating Liberland the creation of a Foreign Agent Registration Act. So let’s say if one does not register as a foreign agent but are later discovered to be one all of their Liberland assets including their citizenship will be forfeited once judicial adjudication has been applied.

There is also a grey area that was inadvertently created by me when I drafted the LTAA by not creating a more detailed state secrets act outlining specified instructions on how state secrets are to be classified yes I know I am talking about Liberland imposing something like this but guess what all state secrets automatically are declassified after 5 years no extensions allowed.
