Thank you everyone for reading my ongoing interview with a great man that Liberland has here in Thomas G! Here is part 3:
LP: Can you tell me about your transformation into the pink panther?
TP: A heartfelt but sad story. Thirty years ago, my son Markus passed away at the age of 8 due to a hospitalization in the hospital from a viral infection. The Pink Panther was his favorite character, and I didn’t want him to die. So, the Pink Panther travels with me day and night in my life. Some think it’s a quirk; I let them think that. There are also people who have Mickey Mouse or Yogi Bear.
He has many missions to fulfill with me. I travel around the world with the Panther. When I am in Africa and visit villages where I don’t understand the language, people—children or adults—smile when they see the Pink Panther. In a shopping mall in Beijing, where I have my optical shop, I am greeted everywhere with “Milaushu” (Pink Panther).
Many prominent artists, politicians, ministers, ambassadors, or presidents have taken selfies or photos with the Pink Panther in hand (Joe Cocker, Alizee, Neyo, Tiesto, former German Chancellor Schröder, Czech President Vaclav Klaus, Viktor Orbán, new Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš, or Syria’s First Lady Asma Al Assad, and many more). So, he is the number one ambassador of good cheer and smiles (even if I have to accept that people think the old white man is crazy).
Now, let’s move on to the second mission. As you know from my biography, I am a senior partner for investment in diamonds at D.I.C (Diamonds International Corporations) in Prague. www.dicholding.com. Everyone knows the Pink Panther, the largest pink fancy diamond. This is the business mission of the Pink Panther.
Now, for the third task: PR for Liberland. Fashion and beauty events as National Director for Miss Liberland. DIC was a sponsor of the Diamond Crown of Miss Universe (a former Donald Trump Company). Here you can find several videos on YouTube. This way, the Pink Panther receives invitations from organizers of fashion and beauty events because they expect something from DIC sponsorship or a diamond crown that later goes back to DIC for auction via Rapaport. There is also the campaign against breast cancer by fashion designer Oscar de la Renta (Think Pink – Think Different).
Last but not least, I am known as the Pink Panther more than by my own name. Even if you ask about the Pink Panther in Liberland, people know who that is.
The last mission the Panther will have, if he survives the heart surgery in January, will be the Liberland Aid Foundation.
And if not, then he embarks on his final adventure journey—into the vastness of the Pink Universe.
A pilgrim who does not know his destination—
To arrive, one must have been on the journey,
And the first step is just as important as the last….
To Live and Let Live!
LP: Your efforts blend business, culture, and politics—how do pageants like Miss Liberland foster e-citizen engagement and attract new supporters to the microstate?
TP: Beauty and culture indeed play a significant role in the perception and identity of communities, including micronations like Liberland. Events like Miss Liberland can foster interest in e-citizenship by providing a platform that celebrates both cultural heritage and the values of freedom and self-determination.
Such competitions can attract people from various backgrounds and encourage them to engage with the concept of the micronation. They help raise awareness of Liberland’s political and cultural objectives and can draw in new supporters who are interested in freedom, innovation, and alternative ways of living.
The blend of beauty, culture, and political ideals offers a unique opportunity to enhance e-citizen engagement and build a community based on shared values.
PR generates attention—one notable example is our Premier HE Justin Sun’s banana campaign. This controversial strategy not only made headlines but also sparked interest in our micronation. By taking provocative actions, it can initiate discussions and mobilize people. Controversies attract attention and open the door to address important issues and drive change. In today’s media landscape, being bold is essential to gaining a voice and exerting influence.
LP: With Liberland’s 10th anniversary events like the December 2025 Prague Constitution Reading, what role do cultural initiatives play in the upcoming milestones?
TP: Cultural initiatives play a significant role in the upcoming milestones for Liberland, especially with events like the December 2025 Prague Constitution Reading. Such events not only celebrate the 10th anniversary of Liberland but also foster a sense of community among its citizens and supporters.
The public reading of the Liberland Constitution, featuring prominent libertarian scholars, emphasizes the principles of voluntary governance and individual rights that underpin Liberland’s foundation. This gathering serves as a platform for discussion and engagement, allowing participants to reflect on the principles of liberty and governance that Liberland stands for.
Additionally, the festive atmosphere of the Constitution Christmas Party encourages camaraderie among attendees, reinforcing the identity and culture of the Liberland community. By integrating cultural elements with political and philosophical discourse, these events help solidify Liberland’s presence on the international stage and promote its ideals to a broader audience.
LP: How do you incorporate feedback from Liberland’s 800,000+ people who have applied for citizenship into your representative and pageant work, especially through online means?
Thomas G: As a representative and National Director for international Fashion and Beauty Miss Liberland events, I integrate feedback from over 800,000 citizenship applicants primarily through online channels – regular exchanges via social media, livestreams, and official forums to address questions and carry forward ideas.
I also plan to launch my own podcast channel as an influencer in early 2026, similar to Adam Carswell or Tom Walls. This aims to foster dialogues about Liberland in presentations and attract new settlers. I believe this is very important at the moment, as we need to move away from the camping image that EU deep state authorities in Croatia currently have of us.
My task is also to find sympathy and recognition from the population and to eliminate skepticism. I think it is particularly important to participate in international events on the Croatian side of the Danube and to gain attention and PR through Miss Liberland.
Another point is project involvement in development investment areas (e.g., in crypto-blockchain or our currency, the LL-Dollar).
My role is to make Liberland better known and to convey the idea as an alternative form of state while incorporating the voices of the community. Ultimately, Liberland was born from a dream that is becoming more real every day through the courage, will, and entrepreneurial spirit of our citizens and settlers.
If I can contribute to positively conveying this dream through the beauty of our Miss Liberland, I believe many people will embrace this idea. For one can establish Liberland anywhere in the world. The dream of freedom.
LP: It’s all good we are all busy
Looking at crypto-friendly nations like El Salvador, what unique cultural or diplomatic edges does Liberland have to stand out globally?
Liberland has excellent relationships in South America. The Liberland Aid Foundation has donated to President Bukele in El Salvador for a hospital.
We have the best relations with Argentina, particularly with President Milei and his Libertarian Party. There is an official memorandum in place, and I believe Milei exemplifies the success of libertarian economic policies. He also mentioned Liberland in one of his speeches.
In Mexico, the Anarchapulco conference takes place every summer, continuing with the Liberpulco conference in Liberland Ark Village, which is a sign of international acceptance, featuring speakers like Jeff Berwick, David Icke, and many others.
We also have good relations in the Dominican Republic, where we have a strong community.
Regarding dual citizenship from Paraguay, there is no charge for new Liberland citizens and settlers. Liberlanders also receive Paraguayan citizenship at favorable conditions.
Next: Diplomatic edges
High-profile libertarian and crypto champions:
- Javier Milei (President of Argentina) has repeatedly praised Liberland and even jokingly called himself its “general.”
- Justin Sun (TRON founder) became Liberland’s Prime Minister in 2023 and is using his Trump-world connections to lobby for recognition.
- Ron Paul, Roger Ver, and many other libertarian icons openly support it.
El Salvador has Bukele’s charisma, but Liberland has an entire ideological celebrity roster.
Bottom line:
El Salvador proved that an existing state can adopt Bitcoin and change the global conversation.
Liberland is trying to prove something more radical: that a state can be built from scratch, by volunteers, on the internet, using crypto and libertarian principles — and still matter.
The story Thomas presents to us speaks volumes to me I am very fortunate to have a person like him on our team here at Liberland Press as we continue our strive for international recognition for Liberland and doing our part by writing great content that makes people think outside the box.
