Progress Report 1 On The International Relations Series

Welcome to the first progress report on the international relations series. First I want to point out that if I were in the Congress I would be proposing all of the listed items from 1-40 with a few exceptions en masse because it is I think of extreme importance that Liberland is showing that it is committed to fulfilling not only a component of the Montevideo Convention but also demonstrating our willingness to be revived as a legitimate nation-state not just a bunch of tent dwelling hippies. It truly does not matter to me what treaty or organization is approved by the people of Liberland first but we cannot just sit on our hands and do nothing action must be taken now because if we don’t Liberland will just continue to stagnate with a little bit of progress here and there.

The fact that after 10 years of existence and having had a Congress for over a year now, that not a single treaty has been approved and presented to the citizens of Liberland is very disheartening to me. Even if such actions are considered frivolous or just a PR stunt, if one does not take any meaningful action, how are other countries going to take Liberland seriously.

I will do what I can to make these things happen for Liberland but it will take the Liberland Congress to push these items through and get them onto the ballot for the people of Liberland to formalize this new radical approach to international relations and diplomacy.
