Liberland Press’ International Correspondent Thomas G Poehlmann has just been named an honorary board member to the Liberland Aid Foundation. Below is his letter of acceptance that he proudly presents to everyone in honor of this occasion.

Ladies and Gentlemen Citizens of the
Free Republic of Liberland,

I have the distinct honor to acknowledge the receipt of my appointment as Honorary Director of the Liberland Aid Foundation.

It is with a profound sense of responsibility and gratitude that I accept this mandate to serve the humanitarian arm of the Free Republic of Liberland.

I wish to extend my deepest appreciation to the President, the Vice President, and the Members of the Managing Board for the confidence and trust they have placed in my person.

To be entrusted with the advancement of our nation’s core values, freedom, voluntarism, and charity is a privilege I hold in the highest regard.

Having spent decades fostering international relations and entrepreneurial growth within the Czech Republic and the Middle East, I am eager to apply this experience to the Foundation’s mission.

My primary objective in this new capacity will be the strategic development and promotion of our organization within Central and Eastern Europe.

In alignment with our global humanitarian vision, I am committed to:

• Expanding our regional footprint:Strengthening the presence of the Liberland Aid Foundation as a pillar of stability and compassion in the CEE region.
• Strategic Resource Mobilization: Actively identifying and engaging new benefactors, institutional donors, and corporate sponsors to secure the sustainability of our initiatives.
• Project: Spearheading new aid projects that provide tangible relief and promote the self-reliance of communities in need.

Our actions serve as a vital communication to the international community, demonstrating that compassion is the true heart of our sovereignty.

I look forward to working closely with the Board and engaging with our citizens to translate our diplomatic and humanitarian philosophies into transformative results.

About Me:
Thomas G. Poehlmann is a German entrepreneur and Middle East expert who has been living in the Czech Republic since 1990. He serves as the Representative for Syria and National Director of Miss Liberland, organizing international beauty and fashion events.

He previously held executive positions at Intersnack and MILFORD TEA Company and has extensive experience in mycology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and bioresonance diagnostics.

Thomas is a citizen of the Free Republic of Liberland, a member of the Diplomatic Forum in Prague, and the Editor of the International World Press News for Liberland. He focuses on promoting transparency and international awareness about Liberland through media and public relations.

In 2022, he received the Order of Merit of the Star of Liberland.
